17/11 monday - did my napfa at around 4+. Here are my results.....
Pull up - 4
Shuttle run - 11.5
Standing Broad Jump - 164cm
Sit ups - 31
Sit & Reach - 45
2.4km - FAIL (collasped after 3rounds with my freaking asthma. sucks)

My father came & fetched me & we went out to dinner with the rest of my family at a hong kong style restaurant opp novena chuch. the food is NICE + CHEAP.. 7 of us ordered 7 dishes ((curry fish head, oat prawns, black pepper deer's meat, oyster omelette on hot plate, fish maw with crab meat (taste like shark's fin), sambal kangkong, special hor fun)) All of these costs only about $120. very worthwhile.. Oh yah, the occasion is an early celebration for my father's bdae on the 19/11.

My eldest bro told us over dinner that he bought a weekend car which cost 29k. The car is so cute. lols.. So smart of him to purchase a weekend car cost during morn & afternoon, he will be teaching in school which means he won't be using the car coz his school is only 15mins walking distance.

18/11 - woke up at around 9am to realise i couldn't get out of bed. My thighs & shoulder is aching like dunno what sia.. Went to see a doctor coz i need the MC for today.. Supposed to be involved in the open house & today was the briefing for it. But who knows, the doctor gave me 2days MC as he said my throat very jia lat.. kana inflame.. haha..
