Had an enjoyable time baking Apple Walnut Muffins with Shuhui & Siqi today.

Joke of the day was Siqi.. Silly silly her. lols. I was mixing the dough & asked her to add in the baking soda. She counted 1, 2 and 4!!! And to think i thought she purposely counted it that way..

Plus she saw the recipe write 4 apples but instead, it's supposed to be 4 cups. To think i kept asking how come need so many apples. Lucky i was only chopping the 2nd apple when hui told me is 4 cups of apple. The rest of the peeled apple went down my stomach.


Looks may not be that good but it's still acceptable.

Most importantly is the taste of the muffins & there's only one word to describe it. Delicious!! Yummylicious and whatever words you can think of.

Can clearly taste the bite sized apple bits & cripsy walnuts. Yumyum.

I want to bake again soon. I really miss baking.
