It's my 23rd birthday today & i've really enjoyed this day spent with Baby.
First thing in the morning, he came all the way to IMM just cause i felt like having Mos Burger's shrimp cutlet burger.
As for dinner, dear brought me to a restaurant i've always wanted to go ever since reading Xiaxue's blog and her recommendations of that place.
The name of the restaurant's called
IndulgzIt's located at Tan Quee Lan St just across Bugis Junction's Breadtalk.
Initially, he didn't want to disclose where he's going to bring me BUT being the KPO me, i kept repeating my question of "Where are we going?" Only then did he mention we're heading to Bugis and i said "Tan Quee Lan St?" hee. Aren't i smart??
Moving on to the food.
Chunky & Creamy Mushroom Soup
this soup is simply delicious
creamy and flows smoothly down your throat making you want for more.
Mango Martini and
Chicken Bolognaise Melted Cheese Fries
the Cheese Fries is a definitely must try.
Perfect combination.
All it took was just a few minutes and it's all in our stomachs.

Char-grilled Ribeye Steak
grilled to medium well with perfection.
The red wine sauce accompanying it was fantastic which i dare say one of the best i ever had.
Triple Cheese Baked RiceConsists of Mozzarella, Parmesan & Cheddar Cheese with sliced button mushrooms, chicken & diced tomatoes all in one bowl of cream based rice, baked & served with gratinated mozzarella cheese.
Even though i'm not a cheese fanatic, i think this tastes great too.

A candle and the Happy Birthday picket sign was on the brownie
Christin asked Dear to sing the happy birthday song loudly but guessed he's too shy so he sang it softly to me instead. Hee.
While we were eating the brownie, Baby specially pushed one side of it to me asking me to eat that part but i pushed back to him cause i didn't want to eat too much.
He then took out a roll of something from the brownie and asked,"what's this?" I kept poking at it with my fork and was ready to pierce it and put into my mouth thinking it's some white chocolate but just at that moment, he took hold of it, unrolled it and showed me what's written.
Now you know why it's a surprise.
On the little note was,"

Phew, thank goodness it didn't go into my mouth. lols.
Was so touched that i almost teared there and then but i managed to control my tears.
It may seem silly but don't you think this little gesture is so well thought & sweet? hee.
It was only when Baby said this to me,"Nothing matters more then your smile/happiness as to me, it's priceless." that i just let go of my tears there.
I didn't know how much the bill came to as he didn't allow me to see it but i guessed it's at least a 100bucks just on dinner alone.
Baby, thank you for making my birthday so sweet and memorable. A thousand thanks couldn't express how i felt even. I'm still smiling as i'm blogging. And yes, i still feel so bad for you having to spend so much on me. The dinner, wireless keyboard + mouse and the below book you got from Kinokuniya for me. Thank u Thank u Baby. I really appreciate every single thing you've done for me. I love u Dearrrrrrrr!!!

food 4.5/5 as it's simply delicious
ambience 4/5 - love the soft yellow lights, soothing music
and service 4.5/5 - especially by Christin
